The holding company of our real estate group is H-I-M Immobilien Management GmbH (H-I-M Real Estate Management Ltd). It is primarily responsible for coordination of the group companies and their areas of responsibility.

H-I-M Villenbau (Villa Construction) GmbH

Our villa construction company is responsible for the development, realisation, supervision and quality control – including marketing – of our luxury residential construction projects.
